Arena #88: Haas Pavilion - California vs. Wofford

Stop #2 on my 2017-18 tour of Northern California brought me to Haas Pavilion on the campus of UC-Berkeley for a Maui Jim Maui Invitational opening round matchup between California and Wofford.  While neither team appears to be anything to write home about this season, this was a strong matchup for about 30 minutes as Wofford hung tough with the Golden Bears behind some electric shooting from #3 Fletcher Magee, who buried 3 after 3 in the first half.  Haas Pavilion is definitely one of the more poorly designed venues I've been to on the journey having to walk up a bunch of flights of stairs to the concourse only to have to walk back down to get to seats in the lower level.  I think only Memorial Gym in Nashville might be as quirky thus far.
